We bill to major insurances (Medicare, Medical, Blue Cross,) and most supplimentary or private insurances. In order to bill any insurances a prescription, medical insurance card, and patient/relative/caregiver must be present for signing. In cases of reimbursement a reciept of purchase for a complementary bill may need to be submitted to the insurance in order for reimbursement to occur.
