Items that are on backorder do not have units available in the store. They are available on our website as a special order. Special orders are placed with the manufacturer and delivered to our store. Power mobility equipment, such as mobility scooters and power wheelchairs, can have a wait time of up to 14 business days. Specialty lift chairs can have a wait time of up to 8 weeks. Please call us or visit us in-store if you require a unit as soon as possible.

Lift Chairs are not refundable once they have been delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges of Lift Chairs. Ensure your home can accommodate the unit before purchase.

• Clean with mild soap and water; let air dry. For stubborn stains, use a solution of 4 oz. of bleach to 28 oz. water. Spot clean as needed.

• Power lift feature gently raises the seat and eases you to your feet from a sitting position or fully reclined

• Heat and massage elements feature auto shut-off after 30 minutes

• Dual motors control the footrest and back independently for custom comfort positioning
