Invacare Softform Excel Mattress

The Invacare Softform Excel mattress provides a high level of comfort and uses high specification foam that provides even weight distribution for greater comfort and pressure redistribution. With a robust foam base, it also prevents the mattress from bottoming out. Suitable for those considered ‘At Risk’ of developing pressure ulcers.

The core of the Invacare Softform Excel forms a series of ‘keyhole cut’ cells that move independently to evenly distribute weight. This promotes greater comfort and facilitates pressure redistribution. The robust base also features a firm layer of high-density foam to provide substantial support.

The cover fabric provides excellent recovery and durability, and helps to reduce shear and friction forces. The base of the mattress is a tough, coated polyurethane (PU), which protects the mattress when used with electric profiling bed frames.
