Softform Premier – Features a U-shaped base layer for firmer walls and easier patient transfer.

Glissando Gliding – Dual foam build moves independently, allowing for easier patient transfer and comfort.

Low Air Loss

An active mattress replacement system provides both alternating pressure and low air loss to optimize pressure redistribution, shear/friction reduction, and microclimate control.
Designed to prevent, treat, and heal pressure ulcers in the home or long-term care setting.
The control unit offers 10-minute cycles when alternating. It also offers a static mode for stable support.
Adjustable patient weight settings allow for optimal immersion and patient comfort & compliance.
Audio and Visual alarm alerts when air pressure is low.
System includes 20 individual air cells to maximize immersion and envelopment with a pillow feature for head stability & comfort.
Removable Nylon stretch cover is fluid resistant, low shear, and vapor permeable, helping protect the skin from friction and moisture.
The CPR valve allows for rapid deflation.
Tubing quickly and easily disconnects with EZ Lock/Quick Release design.

Invacare Softform Excel

The core of the Invacare Softform Excel uses a series of ‘keyhole cut’ cells that move independently. This evenly distributes weight, promoting greater comfort and facilitating pressure redistribution. The base features a firm layer of high-density foam to provide substantial support. The cover fabric provides excellent recovery and durability, and helps to reduce shear and friction forces. The base of the mattress is a tough, coated polyurethane (PU), which protects the mattress when used with electric hospital bed frames.

Gel Overlay

This image shows a drive gel mattress overlay. Used for providing extra support on hospital beds.

The Gel Mattress Overlay helps you prevent, treat, and manage pressure sores. The combination of gel bladders encased in a high-density foam casing with a sturdy support base relieves pressure and provides the additional barrier patients need to remain comfortable.
24 independent gel tubes prevent migration of gel in high-pressure areas.
Raises the bed’s head and foot without gel migration.
High-density foam perimeter on all sides helps prevent patient roll-out.
Convoluted foam topper provides additional comfort.
Nylon cover is vapor permeable and moisture resistant, low shear and low friction for more comfort, and easy to clean.
No assembly required.
