Service Disclaimer:
We will make you aware of all charges before starting repairs. If a part needs to be replaced or a problem arises, we will contact you before charging. Expect to leave major repairs or replacements overnight. For certain repairs, we may need to order replacement parts. This may add a week to a month or more, depending on part availability. For local services, we require the service fees to be paid before we go out. We may also need a secondary visit if an additional part needs replacement. To prevent secondary visits, please provide as much information about your problem before the service.
In-store & Local Service Fees
| Ray Fisher Medical Supplies offers customers a free 5-minute in-store evaluation. If the evaluation exceeds 5 minutes, customer service charges will apply, $20 per 15-minute increment. A 1hr labor fee in-store is $80 | ||||
| Basic Tech Eval: – $80 for local service within 10mi radius & $3 per mile outside 10mi. (If tech drives out to Selma, 25 miles away. Then the price is $125, 80 for the local service, and 45 for the 15 additional miles.) | ||||
| Complex Certified Tech Eval: $100 for local service within 10mi radius & $3 per mile outside 10mi. (If a Cert Tech drives to Tulare, 50 mi. Then the price is $220.) |
